We helped prevent a new Code agreement at £25 per annum being forced on a landowner in the Upper Land Tribunal and Supreme Court (see CTIL v Compton Beauchamp Estates). This is the most famous case in Telecoms case law history, since the introduction of the 1984 Telecommunication Act.
