We are specialist telecoms surveyors established to help the huge number of unrepresented landlords across the UK. The mobile Phone Mast operators have made huge savings over a number of years by dealing directly with landlords who have not had professional advice and will agree below market rents. The Most Famous Telecoms Case in UK History
The Phone Mast Advice Company was involved in instigating and advising on Compton Beauchamp Estates v CTIL [2022] UKSC 18 — the Supreme Court ruling that established operators with existing Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 protections cannot use the Electronic Communications Code to impose significantly reduced rents or terms on landlords.
This was the most significant UK telecoms case since the Telecommunications Act 1984, and its implications continue to protect the rights of landlords with pre-2017 leases across the country.
